1. What are the shipping costs?
United states
$4.85 for the 1st DVD + $1.20 additional for each DVD.

International
$7.50 for the 1st DVD + $1.70 additional for each DVD.

2. Are the DVD's used or pre-owned?
NO. The DVD's are brand NEW!!! and purchased directly from the studio. The DVDs are shipped in plastic sleeves, not the hard plastic DVD case.

3. What if I receive a defective DVD?
Please email us at webmaster@99centxxx.com and we'll issue a RA (Return Authorization) for the defective DVD! Defective DVDs must be returned to our office prior to us sending a replacement DVD.

4. Why are the DVD's so cheap?
We buy the DVD's in large bulk at a low cost and we pass that savings on to you! Each DVD is shipped without cover art or box.

5. What is your shipping method?
Our standard method of delivery is USPS 1st Class Mail, a 2-5 days service (under normal circumstances), for US customers, and USPS Air Mail 4-14 days service (under normal circumstances), for International customers.

We accept Visa and Master Card. Like any conventional retail establishment, we protect your credit card information, and do not give any customer information to other organizations.

Yes, our order form is a secure document. The order form and any information included are encrypted for privacy while in transit.

10. How do you ship?
For your privacy, all our mailings come in sealed, unbreakable bubble envelopes without any indication of content. The DVDs are shipped in plastic sleeves, not the hard plastic DVD case.

12. Ordering by Mail
We also accept money orders and cashiers checks. If you'd like to pay with one of these options, browse the store and add the title(s) you wish to buy and print the CART content to your local printer.

Than click on the CHECKOUT and fill out your billing and shipping information and print the page to your local printer.
